• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with candidates and clients.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to expand the candidate database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align candidates accordingly.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful placements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
