Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and provide information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with customers and prospects regularly.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication; additional local language is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
