Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and well-spoken individuals to join our customer service team for an Inbound Voice Process.

Language Requirements

Must have excellent communication skills in English and one regional language:

• English + Hindi
• English + Tamil

Experience & Qualification

• Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

Work Schedule

• Shifts: Rotational shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Week Offs: Two rotational week-offs
