Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and engineers to define, scope, and implement high-quality features that address critical user needs.
• Translate requirements into scalable architecture and deliver reliable code while considering operational requirements.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirements through release.
• Write clear documentation to enable other engineers to understand and work on the system effectively.
• Actively participate in design and code reviews.
• Contribute to building and scaling Tracxn's engineering capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Experience building backend services with strong algorithmic and computer science fundamentals.
• 2-5 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, including Java and Python.
• Experience working with data stores such as MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and similar technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, ownership- and results-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

About the Technology Team
