About the Company

Randen Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer for EPC Projects. We operate in the EPC and Industrial Projects sector, serving clients in FMCG, Chemical, and Pharma industries.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from existing and new clients across FMCG, Chemical, and Pharma industries.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions to understand client needs.
• Handle presales activities, including close coordination with engineering and estimation teams.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive techno-commercial proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up on proposals, convert them into senior-level meetings, and drive commercial negotiations.
• Provide crucial support to management during price and contract discussions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurate CRM records, and up-to-date market intelligence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role, specifically within EPC or Industrial Projects.
• Strong industry exposure to sectors such as FMCG, Chemical, and Pharma.
• Demonstrated technical understanding and proven solution selling ability.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Good commercial awareness and prior negotiation exposure.
• Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in execution.
