Responsibilities:

• Meet business owners, potential clients, and partners through one-to-one meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong professional relationships.
• Present and explain FocusDesk's offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
• Understand customer needs, behaviour, and decision-making psychology.
• Use creative sales and marketing techniques to engage potential clients.
• Conduct field visits and travel to different business locations across Delhi NCR.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and new ideas with the team.
• Work towards business development and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking and meeting people face-to-face.
• Creative, proactive, and capable of thinking outside the box.
• Good at convincing and influencing people in an ethical and professional manner.
• Interested in sales, marketing, business development, and consumer psychology.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within Delhi NCR.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn from real business experiences.
