Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze client processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Manage client-raised tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with Product, Development, QA, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant business analysis tools and methodologies.
