Telephone Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Conduct engaging product demos (online/offline)
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
• Strong interest in software/tech sales
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
