Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making calls to hospitals and clinics for follow-up regarding medical record requests after the initial submission.

Requirements:

• Strong active listening and verbal communication skills - comprehending English are essential.
• Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in US night shift.
• Prior experience in the US medical records retrieval process OR any US voice process will be an added advantage, but this is not mandatory.
