Responsibilities

• Handle End to End Recruitment
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Closing vacant positions with in TAT

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
• Qualification: MBA-HR or Graduation.
• Proven experience with Naukri portal and other job portals
• Strong sourcing, screening, and shortlisting skills
• Good Communication & Presentations skills
• Languages : Hindi, English & Telugu
