BrightChamps is a global live-learning edtech platform helping kids aged 6–16 learn next-gen life skills like coding, financial literacy, communication skills, and robotics across 25+ countries.
Role Overview
The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities

Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.

Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.

Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.

Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.

Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.

Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Work Schedule & Requirements

Work Days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).

Shift Timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift).

Mode: On-site / WFO – HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Laptop: Personal laptop mandatory and must be in good working condition.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.

Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.

Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.

Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role.

Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
