Production Executive

Aspire InterGlobe Services is hiring for Production Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise night-shift production operations
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Warehouse teams
• Monitor manpower and machine performance
• Maintain production reports and shift records
• Handle production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

Requirements

• 2–5 years of manufacturing/production experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
• Stone/Quartz/Tile Processing experience preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & production reporting
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work permanently in night shifts
