Responsibilities

• Handling customer grievances & complaints through e-mails, telephonic conversation and meetings.
• Following up with clients for payments.
• Handling all inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries, complaints and requests.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Providing customer resolutions for various services and technical problems.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Friendly, learner, and research-oriented.
• Outspoken and courageous.
• Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in the Logistics Industry.
