Can I use runtime builds for all templates?

No. The lightweight runtime-only build of Vue.js (vue.runtime.esm-bundler.js) does not include the in-browser template compiler.

1. Runtime-Only Build (~30% smaller):

• Does not contain the compiler.
• Requires all templates to be pre-compiled into JavaScript render functions at build time (by Vite, Webpack, or vue-loader) inside .vue Single File Components (SFCs).
• Recommended for 99% of modern production web applications because of smaller bundle size and faster initial load.

1. Full Build (Runtime + Compiler):

• Includes the in-browser compiler.
• Required if you mount templates directly from DOM string templates or inline strings at runtime:
